Standard U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed retail price of SURFSUP physical goods unless a product page states otherwise. SURFSUP pays the fulfillment provider’s shipping charge on the customer’s behalf.

Processing and delivery

Physical products are generally made to order and sent to fulfillment after successful payment. Production and carrier transit times can vary. Tracking information will be provided when available.

International orders

International availability may vary. Customers receiving orders outside the United States are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing payment. If an address is incorrect and the order has already entered fulfillment, additional charges may apply to replacement or reshipment.

Problems with delivery

If a package arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, contact surfsuponly@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos when relevant.
