Policy.

Digital products

Because digital kits and downloads are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final after delivery or access is provided. If a file is materially defective, corrupted or cannot be accessed because of a SURFSUP delivery error, contact us and we will work to replace the file or otherwise resolve the issue.

Physical goods

Physical goods may be made to order. We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns for made-to-order goods. If you receive the wrong item, a materially defective item or an item damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We may offer a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Before fulfillment

If you need to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation may be possible before fulfillment begins, but it is not guaranteed once production or shipment has started.

Payment disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate order problems. PayPal may also apply its own dispute and refund processes.

Florida notice

Our policy is intended to be posted clearly at the point of sale. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.
