1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, shipping information, order information, product selections, messages and files you choose to submit. Payment information is processed by PayPal rather than stored by SURFSUP.

2. How we use information

We use information to process orders, deliver digital products, fulfill physical goods, provide support, respond to inquiries, operate the submission portal, prevent fraud or abuse, and understand site performance and usage.

3. Service providers

We may share information with service providers needed to operate the site, including PayPal for payments, Printful for physical fulfillment, Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics, and other providers we may add for email or infrastructure. Those providers may process information under their own policies and agreements.

4. Analytics

SURFSUP may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and privacy-conscious first-party event analytics to understand page performance and aggregate interactions. We do not intentionally collect payment-card numbers through our site. Analytics events are designed to avoid names, emails and payment details.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential browser storage for functions such as the cart or submission controls. Third-party services such as PayPal or YouTube may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them.

6. Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. If a privacy law gives you additional rights, we will handle requests as required by that law.

7. Florida and other laws

Florida’s privacy and consumer-protection requirements may apply differently depending on the size, activities and data practices of a business. This notice is intended to describe our practices generally; where a mandatory privacy requirement applies to SURFSUP, we will follow it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
